Hi diary,

I'm back from wushu training again!

Today training is tough for me, mainly due to my sleepy mood. Guess what? I actually leave my jean in that toilet for 2hours before knowing it! Plan to keep quiet in a corner and be emo, but seems like talk more than the past!

Today warm up is alright for me, manage to do right split, the other 2 still needs to press a bit. 踢腿 are improving, just that I will not stand at the first position again. Senior kept saying 快点！快点！, too stress for me and all the others girls behind can't catch up with my speed that senior want, make me feel so guilty! I think I really confuse with that 侧空翻, need more practice for this.

We get to rest then continue with 复习五步拳，which seniors made us do twice. Follow by 弹腿十路，we revise 一路到三路， 然后继续学完四路. After learning for so many sessions, I just realize why my 掌没力，手腕又痛了。 All because of the way I 出掌is a totally WRONG!! I think I will have another hard time to change my habit of doing it. Anyway 四路 already made me so confuse, I had lost sense of direction right at the first step. 欲速则不达 is the words for learning wushu. I'm too impatient and do all the steps together. GY coach spotted it, and came to correct me (between he is the 1 that tell me about my 掌 problem). Although happy that I've been corrected, but the process is sort of embarrassing when everyone is doing with senior and I'm the only one that pauses, which cause me unable to catch up with the rest after coach finish telling me my mistakes. 第五路 is much more easy compare to 四路, but no matter what, PRATICE IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE PREFECT.

Dad drove me home and enjoyed my mum cuisine (yummy). Now, I'm here to blog and update serene with everything that happened tonight. She is being advised to return after full recovery, sad! Which mean most probably will be next semester!

Ps: 熟能生巧，一分耕耘，一分收获。。。I need more practice!
