I was told to update my blog regretting tonight training. So sorry, i cannot remember what Coach or Garyson stated...All i recall is something don't suite kids below 16 to know if not wrong. Anyway, now not only Edward is Ahgong, Howard is Ahpeh, we decided to call Garyson as 7dollar80cent(convert to chinese then to dialect).. and kennard Yaoteck all shall be grouped under Ahgong too as they really walked like one!
okay, tonight session as predicted isn't really nice. My knee cap really giving me a hard time, not that 皮外伤 but the 内伤...I couldn't do split for both legs as once i stretch i'll have immediate cramp!! Not only that, my brain isn't working when doing 套路 as slept late last night..Currently my knee cap still 酸酸, very uncomfortable but not pain. Worse still is my ankle is feeling the pain as i exert my knee cap pressure onto it. (Thanks god, next week not going to have training as competition will be going on-i'm not slack but just need rest.)
Like mention in the previous post, get to meet 2 darlings today. Although the time together is so short, but i really appreciate every moment together with this darlings. While waiting for Juan at the station saw Alex(Primary sch-mate), and he told me something regards his ex-CCA. I think i'll take note of his comment and observe something...hahas.... here and some photos taken after i changed into that uniform. Sher just wanna show off her certificate in 2 of the photos...
