I will try to keep today post a short 1, as i'm freaking tired now!! Alright to cut short everything, TODAY WARM UP is super fierce for ppl like me who stamina KNS...I tried to smooth my 呼吸 while doing the stunts, quite tough and wanted to take a rest at the side..BUT i still manage to force myself to go on after each interval...SERENE, i tried my best to be high thru-out the whole session..NVR tried to slack and HIGH only after session k!!!
Alright, i guess i cant comment much on my own 套路 as i know very well what i been doing at home...get to learn half of 第8路 and 侧踢腿...why half only?? coz we are still not very familiar with no. 7 la...as for cetitui, i guess everything work the same "practice den will make perfect"...
