I think it's really great to have holiday.
Ytd was a fun day that attached with some bored moment as usual.
Early in the morning aunt Nancy called and invite us over to their house for dinner...
Well exam is over, in holiday liao..no way for me to say no and stop mummy papa...
Smart enough for me to bring along my favourite book "TWILIGHT" with me..
Reading it while adults had their own conversation and a grp of JC-grad students playing mahjong at the other side...
It's seem to be so nature and fine to be alone now, no longer wish to be the center of attraction!
However Uncle Kok came and chat with me..well i'm glad that i can handle him fair enough le...
No more tearing so easily in front of him liao... =X
He started off questiioning wad am i reading...hence i told him "novel"
He went on asking wad kind of novel...it so IMPOSSIBLE to tell him it abt romance and stuff..
So i told him.."Vampire and stuff"...
Without fail he move on with all the 大道理...used to it le..
Everything happened just like a routine whenever we visit..
Just that Aunt Nancy mention about NATAS fair and saying how 没良心 for me nvr visit the company since the day i quit...
She hinting hoping me to go and help out..i kinda feel weird maybe i dun really like 连带关系
But mummy assure me that Aunt Nancy want me is because i'm diligent and willing to learn..
I really wonder!??!
Return home and had my another favourite activities!
MAHJONG SESSION!
Oman can anyone imagine i been controlling my itchy hand throughout the sem?!
Anyway i think my skill is bad now...as i loss $14.60 to mummy..haix =(
While playing we also watched the channel 8 movie "七剑"
Heard a song which is so nice and familiar...
Out of sudden den i realise.."HEY it the song seniors play during our lunchtime performance!"
Got an urge to 练套路 but cant...
I think i finally manage to convince myself that something in my blood is 武术...
Just that i also wondering........................

* Exercise
*Enough rest and sleep
* Relaxation exercises e.g. deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery
2. Psychological
* Identify negative thoughts and change to positive ones
* Be realistic and learn to accept what you cannot change.
Ask yourself: Is what I'm thnking really true? Where is the evidence? What are my options?
3. Social
* Share your feelings and problems
* Take part in recreational activities with family and friends
4. Time Management
* List all the things you need to do, prioritise, get someone else to help if possible, do not procrastine. Space out changes in your life.
5. Spiritual
* Faith provides support, a sense of life's meaning and feeling of acceptance
