Anyway is over...Just hope that i can achieve the target GPA..

Alright stop all the emo stuff...share some knowledge with my reader...

Bipolar Disorder

It is a medical condition that affects the minds, also know as Mania or Manic Depressive Psychosis. It affects the mood where the person experiences extreme mood swings (high and low), with periods of feeling normal in between.

It affect men and women equally. About 1 person in 200 will develop a bipolar disorder. Occurs most likely before middle age but can occur at any time from adolescence to old age.
(we belong to before middle age wor...)

Symptoms:
(Manic Episode-high mood)
* Elated mood
* Irritable feelings
* Increased activity
* Decreased need for sleep
* Talkativeness
* Overactuve thoughts
* Inflated self-esteem with grand, exciting ideas
* Impulsive, uninhibited, reckless behaviour
* Psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions
(Depressive episode-low mood)
* Feeling sad
* Loss of interest in usual activities
* Disrupted sleep and appetite patterns
* Feeling hopeless about the future
* Suicidal thoughts

Ways to cope with it
(Ignored the medicine info)
Coping with problems of Manic Symptoms
* Reduce stimulation- Find a quiet place to spend time; Listen to relaxing music; Avoid making important decisions about your life; Avoid arguments; Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee or drinks containing caffeine or other stimulants
* Excessive energy can be channelled into constructive activities, rather than into impulsive actions that you may regret later- Plan a schedule of daily activites, keep a routine; Tackle one small issue at a time before moving on to the next; Plan regular breaks and exercise; Avoid late night work
* Coping with stresses - Have regular sleep and work habits. Plan periods of relaxation and recreation. This may help to regulate your mood. Know things that may stress you and be ready for them. Learn effective problem-solving skills to meet the challenges of daily life.

TO BE CONTINUE....
