It's nice as I can rmb the routine...
But my left leg giving me problems again...
And Ziwei Coach comment my 棍 as

Wad a nice comment that confuse me so much la!
Anyway Borrow 棍 and 刀...wonder y but kanna suan like hell thru out the process...
Tomorrow gg to b another nice day and hope i will not delay those kids the learning
