Damn my ankle, I seriously don't know if I should go on with the training with my balloon ankle. I can't practice my worst move "扫腿". What will happen when everyone can do that well and i can't even turn 90 degree.. SADIST!!!
Learning of routine, our so called IC Yeetian wasn't there, so we got back our OLD-EX-IC Guoxiong. Different teaching method, quite confusing...I haven't really used to what I learn last week and I seriously don't know can I remember GuoXiong comment about my each and every steps...Anyway FUN is the main thing ^^
We were told to learn new "flying" movement--飞腿 which I find it scary at first but rather enjoying before ending. Coach GY cheated us making us pushing that heavy mattress in and out...Poor Serene, pulling so hard...lucky at the end someone else helped. 鲤鱼打鼎 aka 咸鱼翻身 was fun too, but I missed Jeremy when I was doing that. And the reason is I had forgot the trick to kick myself up and end with the correct position (not kneeling on the floor)...
I wish every week training can be as fun although no matter how fun it is, can never compared to what I had in year 1............................
为什么如今的社会有越来越多的志愿福利团体？ 还不是因为做子女的总是抛弃父母，做父母的忽略孩子，身为大人的连自己的健康也不懂的照顾，所谓的有钱人因病就哭穷。。。都要感谢自己的愚昧，不明白为雨愁莫的道理。。。如果每个人管好自己的责任，多长点智慧不就省下这一堆的“可怜兮兮”。
世上最丑的不在于外表，而是那可怕的人心。 以上提到的就是其中的例子， 但那些并不是最恐怖的。最恐怖的自以为是，蛮横，狡猾，不折手段。。的人！！ 我讨厌！！！
