Warm-up is still ok...but when come to ti tui...=X
I can't imagine my STM is so serious that I actually lost feel of how to do even zheng ti tui!
Everything worse when come to the jumping turning tui!!!
Forget about butterfly kick and cartwheel!
After the ti tui..my body start giving me problems...
The numb of muscles, asthma sign, running nose!!
I hate it...why and how did i let myself land into such a stage?
Revise of routine-> no strength thoughout...

PT...sux!! I didn't complete any sets out of all 3 given by GY coach...
I'm too weak to even complete the 40times "punishment"
